Rattlesnake Legde with Coleman

Met this guy off Tinder and went on a kickass scenic hike outside of North Bend. Started off headed to Rattlesnake Ledge but hiked further out to east peak because there were so many ppl on the trail.  Two guys were selling popsicles for $2 each HA wanted one so bad but what a rip off. About 11 miles roundtrip. Grabbed a bite to eat after and had a lot of fun!!

Manashtash Ridge with Lyss

After 3 years of living in Ellensburg I cant believe I never hike Manshtash. It was a killer desert hike straight up the most of the way. Between the heat and the elevation I thought I was gonna pass out lol. It didn't help either that I hadn't been running now in about a month because of my hip pain. Makes me realize how quickly you fall out of shape. bleh.

Great hike with a pretty killer view of the Kittitas valley and a lot of fun catching up with an old friend!

After we hike I headed out to visit Grandpa Paul because Denise and the kids were visiting from Ireland. He is still hanging in there. So much love for that family.

Oyster Dome with Jake

I seem to have miss placed the photos but it was an awesome hike with incredible views of the San Juans and the oyster bays down in the water. Jake and I had a great time, we ran most of the way down and I am feeling so fit. Bought and elliptical machine. and Jake is wonderful.  Really want to do this hike again. 6.5 miles round trip, 1900ft elevation.  Busy trail. There are supposed to be bat caves but we missed those somehow... maybe next time!
